Previously i used to buy from rediff and service was good. But BEWARE now a day their customer care and service is very bad and doubtful about their intentions. I.made a purchase on 25th oct 2014. After one week i have not recieved the product and there is no body to attend to give the status. They make mockery of the buyers who ask for. After 11 days I dont know the fate of purchase as nobody attend to customers complaint.

I have received a call from rediff shopping cc just after placing the order and he told me that this book is out of stock. So be clear and mostly go for cod as refund of this shopping portal is not so easy.
