Its waste of time to open this wallet,as I loaded rs500 but I didn’t get any money but even to use that money am unable to open the app from past 2 months even customer no. also not working

I have updated with 500 amount but 50 cashback was not received and paid the airtel bill the amount was deducted but the bill was not paid and cashback for this was also not received. Called customer care they said if the bill is not paid then it will take 15 working days to get back into the wallet. Dont waste your time downloading the app I am going to escalate this issue to axis bank as well.

i have installed the app and coupon applied. It shows coupon applied successfully…but still i didnt get the cash back money…i never expect axis bank will do like this.

Please dont use this wallet. Its really useless…no cashback on load money or paying bills. I used all required coupons. Moreover they dont give option for using coupon while making the payments.That option appears when ur order is already in progress and u cannot stop that because there is no option to confirm before y proceed the payment. As soon as u enter the amount money get deducted from your wallet. Also from security perspective this is most horrible application. They have used my Acis credit card without asking cvv or pin because i am a axis bank customer. Totally useless.
