    Offers are good but… once again… rediff is rediff… one mistake and you are stuck with the customer care to resolve your issue which would continue for 2 months or may be more… I am a victim of it…

    Rediff is the most pathetic online shopping store. Their customer care is pathetic. I ordered Rupa Vests, and they sent me bigger size. When I complained about it, they asked me to upload a picture of it. Even that took time to decide for the customer care to decide. Later they asked me to return it to the merchant. Which I did immediately thinking it will be resolved soon. But… Bad Luck. It did not end here. Their returns is pathetic. It took them 2 months to refund my money. I called up their customer care, and they said your complaint has been forwarded. But it never gets resolved. Finally. after huge number of emails exchange for 2 months, got the refund.

    So friends, please refrain from buying anything on rediffshop. SMI – Please note that Rediff is not a good shopping site. It is at users risk.

    I have received an used product without bill
    Mouse is scratched every side
    Mouse box is broken and they have removed the label
    They have “unsatisfied” entry in product feedback page..

    Don’t go by the rediff MRP, they are higher for some items.
    Check MRP from other sites or from manufacturing sites before buying.

    Beaware of rediff, I got a item from Rediff after 1 month of oder placement with damaged one. I am requesting the replacement from past 2 months. they are not at all responding…My money is gone…the worest service..think once before you order..

    Rediff is the most pathetic online site. Their customer care is pathetic. I ordered a flip cover for Samsung tab, and they sent one of different size. Their returns is pathetic. It took them 2 months to refund my money. I call up their customer care, and they say your complaint has been forwarded. But it never gets resolved. Finally. after hustling for 2 months, got the refund.

    but to err is human…there may be a tons of reason why some deals may look not working..

    After searching Diwali Store i found most of the items are high priced. After applying Coupon of Rs-500/- you still getting the listed products even more than the price offered by other sites.
    For me it’s not a good deal.
