No need of credit card if you do not able to get it.For vcc you can try entropay and other website for vcc;but they will charge for their service.

Ali express is a trusted site, its true that there should be no OTP required for the transaction but there should be no problem, one can trust on Ali express.
Other thing is that you can use paypal or credit cards for the payment, Most of the debit card should not work as debit cards are not active for international payments.
