apart this context, i paid a bill through their site, transaction got failed, they refuse to return my money and said use that money as PayTM cash only, while they mention that this PayTm cash can be transfer back to the bank account , but in reality, they don’t do so!

paytm is a cheater. i have recharged with Rs. 150 earlier on my number through mobile app and they didnt credited Rs. 50 in my account. When i wrote an email to paytm care, they told me there was no such offer. When i have provided the link of SMI in the email, they never replied.
Can I ask SMI not to post paytm offers atleast for some time so that they may learn how to respect their valuable customers.

there are no scheme for 200 rs recharge for uninor, airtel..
If I recharge uninor number with 200 Rs. I will get just 175 Rs. talk time.. uninor provide 165rs talk time on recharge of 150 Rs. But here minimum recharge want of 200 Rs..
