    1. By entering the contest participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these
    Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
    2. The participant agrees that by participating in the contest all applicable terms and conditions of
    Facebook and of Renault India Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Renault India”) would be
    binding on him/her.
    3. The participant agrees that the personal and/or private information and data of the participant
    may be shared in such manner as the features of the contest may require. The participant
    hereby agrees that the participant shall not have any claims in this regard and expressly waives
    any such claim. The foregoing shall be notwithstanding anything contained in the Privacy Policy
    of Facebook or any other agreement or terms agreed by the participant with Facebook.
    4. The participant agrees that he/she is participating in the contest at his/her sole risk and agrees
    to all the features and applications which form part of the contest.
    5. Renault India is the owner of this webpage, thereby of this contest running on the webpage.
    6. This contest is open to all Permanent Indian Residents of 13 years of age and older. Employees
    of Renault India, its subsidiaries, their affiliates & their immediate families are not eligible to
    participate in this contest.
    Entering the Contest
    ? The contest will be held from 6th to 17th September, 2013.
    ? To be eligible for the prize participants will be required to participate via an application on the
    Renault India facebook page.
    ? Participants are expected to create unique versions of Renault cars using the tools given in the
    application.
    ? At the end of the contest, the 3 most unique & creative entries will be chosen as winners.
    ? Users will have to submit the requested contact details so that we can get in touch with them in
    case they win.
    ? Incomplete entries or incorrectly put information will be deemed void and invalid.
    Winning vouchers in the contest
    ? The 1st prize winner will get a Sony Xperia E smartphone. The 2nd prize winner will get an iPod
    shuffle. The 3rd prize winner will get a miniature Duster. All the participants who submit an entry
    will get a Renault keychain each.
    ? The prizes will be sent to the winners after the contest is over.
    ? No responsibility will be taken by Renault India for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries not
    received for any reason.
    ? Renault India reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity to claim the
    prize.
    ? In the event of any violation to the aforementioned or in case it comes to the knowledge of
    Renault India that the details submitted by the applicant in the application are not correct, the
    applicant shall immediately be disqualified from being considered to be a participant for the
    contest and shall solely remain liable for any action arising there from.
    ? Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs/taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility.
    ? Renault India reserves the right to decide the prize given and participants shall not have a right
    to ask for specific prize of their choice.
    ? Renault India’s decision on all matters in relation to this contest is final. No further
    correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
    ? Renault India shall have the sole discretion to discontinue/cancel the contest at any point of
    time and the participant shall not raise any claim due to such discontinuation or cancellation.
    ? The participant grants irrevocable license to Renault India to exploit, display, market the entries
    uploaded on Renault India’s Facebook page.
    ? The participation in the contest and the content shared by the participant shall not be obscene,
    vulgar, have racial or religious connotations. The participant represents, warrants and agrees
    that no picture/s or details of any kind uploaded will violate or infringe upon the rights of any
    third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary
    rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material and the participant shall
    indemnify and hold Renault India, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors,
    officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss,
    liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees,
    arising out of or in connection with his/her entry.
    ? The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify Renault India against any claims that might arise from
    their actions or omissions or arising from any representations, misrepresentations or
    concealment of material facts.
