    shopclues velocity is ordinary post 5rs ki stamp lagi hui thi itz via india post- unregistered parcel. so it cannot be tracked

    Waste of time…after 10 days’ they’ll update the status “Product Delivered” whereas you don’t have any clue where the product is.

    Even my shopclues says book is delivered but it is not ! Never trust shopclues , even they send defected product better don’t buy from that website. Courier company needs raddi me I beach di book.

    Shopclues played the trick,, as this is not a coincidence that everyone courier is delivered
    but none received., this is done deliberately,, have taken up with their senior management
    and let’s see what they said as they advised to sort this 24-48 hrs.

    I haven’t seen such a worst website like shopclues…What a way they find to make fool of there customers…they can simply cancel the order if they cannot fulfill it but what the way to show it delivered even to all and none of them really got it. They just want to show how 3rd class they are really.

    The order status has been updated via shopclues as “delivered”, although the product was not delivered. They should update as “order cancelled” if they are not able to fulfill, but why they are providing such a wrong information. It is showing the level of shopclues as cheater.

    Received email from shopclues that your product is delivered.
    but not received any product till now. Contacted customer care they said wait for 48 hrs we will update you with p.o.d.

    They are making fun of Shopclues velocity. Customer care person has no clue about velocity. Shopclues don’t provide such fake offers and moreover fake untrackable delivery details which are pending from last 15 days. You can charge 30 – 50 rs for the same and send the book through some reliable courier like your other shipments. But what to do if u more happy with such fakish info.

    I ordered 2 books from different a/c, still waiting for the books. Write complaint to customer care they said they are tracking with courier company. i don’t think i’m gonna get it.

    Shopclues velocity ke order kahan track hote hain, any idea? Customer care walon ko kuch pata nahi bas bolte hain ki product is in transit.

    shopclues velocity is official courier of shopclues. but i think there in no tracking available for now.

    Shipped yesterday through “shopclues velocity” with tracking number SCVP100XXXX. But not able to track . Any one having idea about this courier. I hv heard this first time.

    As usual order cancled by shopclues. Aukat nahi hai kuch free main dene ki. Sirf de sakta hai kuch free mai to wo hai amazon.

    Aur kisi ne kuch diya kisi ko kabhi free main??? To batao yaha pe. Muje to sirf aur sirf Amazon ne free main tshirt diya hai.
