@ jignesh. On d other hand i got good service from plantronics. Submitted my bluetooth handset and got a new one replaced
plantronics headset is one of the worse headsets and no technical support provided. Last month i talked to their manager in their call centre and she was so rude and said it is my fault that i bought plantronics headset and she cannot do anything.
