Don’t promote their offers in your page. I placed 2 orders and they sent only the part of the orders and didn’t refund the money till today.
I made a lot of phone calls and emails. No response from their end. After posting my complaint in their facebook page, After 20days they shipped the product. And they didn’t send the complete order. Many people posting their complaints in their facebook page and they deleted the negative comments. The blocked me in their page because I asked many times to refund my money. Finally 1 week ago they informed that they will give a gift voucher for the missing items and I have to pay for the shipping. But they didn’t send any voucher till today. Totally a FRAUD site.
They take orders for 10,000 to 20,000 ruppees. Then they go to the market and purchase the products at cheapest price. So usually it takes nearly a month to recive the products.

Check this response “This is to inform you we have partially dispatched your order number 344114. Item Camel Artists Oil Colours – 12 Shades / 20ML is pending and we will try and dispatch the same in a week’s time else refund your money if the same is notavailable in the market.”. How could you sell an item showing it as IN STOCK and then later claim that you do not have it ???. Does that mean you are actually making customers pay for items which you do not have in your inventory ?. Is it bcos this is in india that all these joke happens ??..
My request is, ship all items or cancel order and refund. I cannot accept only low value items and skip the high values ones. Its a shame to do such things to customers and take them for a ride..Guys..please do something to improve customer satisfaction

Order no 298784. I have not received my product of camlin glue 30 pcs. Instead I received only one piece of glue stick. I had requested to send me balance 29 pcs immly. I have raised the query over phone to Ms.Anjali. But no use. Your ppl are not replying to my mails now.am sending as message to U thro Facebook thinking that I will be given a proper resolution. Hope you will take immediate action.
