    Wordpress and blogger are best free platforms but no free domain and so very limited use.
    Favorite so far is xtreemhost.com. It will be a struggle to find many free hosts let alone any useful one.

    I bought 1 domain for 1 year with this offer and it works fine.
    Not sure about auto renewals, but have paid by netbanking so wont be charged automatically for sure.

    @Vivek: Its not bait… u can buy only the domain name for rs 99 and then dont purchase the hosting. Use any free web hosting and use it to redirect to ur site..

    It is a bait…..after 99 we have to pay for 3500/ bucks….per year…confirmed by customer care…not at all a good deal…
