    Dish TV is making customers fool.
    It changes base pack.
    It removes your favorite channels from your pack saying channel price has increased.
    Pay for some X months in advance in return they will finish off your money much before the expected end date by increasing pack price intermittently without information.

    When you face some problem most of time your LnB has some problem. LnB will cost XYZ but additionally you will have to pay repair and service charges.

    All vague, hit Dish antenna with rod all channels comes up… No LnB fault.

    For the last two years I am enquiring from all the DTH providers why they are not displaying the VC number I think this is called customer ID, only dish tv people are displaying this VC/Cust.ID on the tv screen which disturb viewing programmes. I also submit the complaint to the TRAI why DISHTV display this nonsense on the screen five times in ten seconds. Their management people email me that due to some security and piracy reason they are unable to stop displaying this VC/CUSTOMERID NO.

    If any GOVT OR TRAI OFFICIAL FEEL THAT THIS IS WRONG AND DISTURB VIEWING PLEASURE PL DO IT IN THE INTEREST OF THE CONSUMERS.

    dish tv have clarity but costly than others and processing is also very slow. hr acche channels ka alag se ala carte pack.. 370 mai bhi km channels
    Videocon cheaper channel rs 370 mai almost sb hain … processing fast but picture quality nahi h acchi..
    Tata sky again costly but aapko dish tv se jyada channel milenge.. satisfactory hai.. picture quality good here

Now what is this new scheme to add new package with so many unwanted channels?

    Friends, in market no company give 100% satisfaction…..as i just joined in dish tv job as sales i also get some shocking facts of other companies………sky is looted ppl as they have less channel n no free sports channel…….Vidcon toh cablewaale ke saath tie up hua hai iss liye jhopde mein bhi easily connection mil jaata hai……some ppl have airtol problem as airtol ka recharge 15 days mein over ho jaata hai n they demand recharge again….moon direct bhi costly hai n less channel…….and lions toh abb market mein dikhta hi nahi….the new worst thing is other companies also charging money for recording as 1 min charge is 1 rs. while dish tv gives unlimited recording by ur pen drive or usb way……..and only STB have life time warranty…..may b u some ppl have wrong cust care no so find proper one as by ur state wise……

    I, had paid Rs. 12999/- for 5 years Recharge subscription.
    On 3/6/14 a DISH TV representative called over phone & told me that NEW TITANIUM Pack is available at 418/- per month & changed the plan, whereas I had received SMS as Rs. 499/- per month.
    Hence, I advice the DISH TV subscribers/customers to THINK SEVERAL TIMES before recharging for long period, The excess paid Recharge amount is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of false/fake assurances from the company . BE-AWARE.

    Inke Customer care ko call karo to 20 se 30 min tak halt (hold) kara dete hai, last main bolte hai ki apki call senior advisor to transfer karte hai, 10 min ke bad jabab milta hai ki abhi veyasth hai. mai call back laga deta hu, apke pass call ajeya, jo ki call back dusre din lag bhag 12 hours ke bad aaya, vabhi bina matalab ka. is liye mai ab DISHTV ko bekar samghane laga ho.

    dish tv aisa he rahiga dekhana hai to dekho warna use kabari wale ko bech do kuch paisa mil jaiga aur namkeen kah lena. agar baad main behoge to kabadi wala paisa bhi nahi dega aur kabadi wala aapse kahiga abe dishtv kaun lega. to bhai abhi bhi aapke paas mauka hai apne dishtv ko bech do kabadi wale ko.
