    Dear Sukriti,

    Your order has been cancelled due to Failure in recharge. We tried 3 times but couldnot complete the recharge and hence your money is processed for refund. It generally takes around 1-21 days for refund as per CCavenue’s policy.

    Dear SD,

    Your payment was failure due to Invalid Card/Expiry date as per CCavenue’s Email. Hence your recharge was not done. In case you have received Thankyou Message, please forward the same to us on info@oshopindia.com and we will look into the matter
