Never buy anything for rediff shopping as they have worst customer care. You will get frustrated by there slow processing.. And they never listen any complaints from you.. As I bought book from them first they said shipping within 3 to 5 days then they message shipment to be dispatched approx after 15 day of, or when I cancel they never contact. So I ordered it from flipkart then they shipped the item and said please don’t receive it but I thought after seeing so slow working they will refund my money when so please never buy anything from this site
Bad experience. I didn’t find this user friendly. I would not recommend this website to others. It automatically registered an order before I could apply coupon on select payment method. It has assumed cash on delivery. It is difficult to find the cancel option.
Worst site sent damaged products and dont give courier charges.

Don’t ever buy at rediff, very pathetic experience,you will think of qutting online shopping. Very unprofessional customer support, group of shrewd sellers are associated with rediff. Beware.
