    Hi Amit Garg,

    I have raised this as a social media escalation on paytm’s facebook page.
    Anyone who has/had faced this issue please +1 on the thread cause we can then raise it to consumer court as well. Waiting for page moderators to publish my post.

    I did the transaction on 14th and 15th November still didn’t received the cashback. Tried contacting worst customer care service of PAYTM and they don’t even know the transactionIds and asking me for it even after providing all the data and mentioning that it has crossed the time period of 96 hours, they are dumbly telling to wait 48 hours.
