I am an expert on E-Commerce Fraud. Do the following putting random complaint on websites will not work.
Steps :
1.If it is a paisapay transaction on ebay. Report the fraud to ebay immediately. Ebay does
not entertain claims after 30 days of occurrence.
2.If it is a credit card / debit card transaction contact your credit card or bank company and make them aware for the fraud. That way you can buy some time if your payment date is approaching and also help you in getting waiver of late payment charges which you may incur during this process.
3. Remember never settle for online frauds if you have made payments thru debit card or credit card. You are protected by VISA / Master Card protection, which clearly says when there is a dispute it is responsibility of the seller to prove his or her innocence.
4.If you have made cash payment to the seller outside ebay payment system then you have
no option but to settle for the loss. Any payment done outside ebay for items listed on
ebay, no one except you is responsible for the same.
A decent BT head set, you can use your own headphones too. Got this long back from amazon.com, though I barely use it.
