Agree with Mudit and Nitin…Same happened to me. The request was placed on 10 April since then there’s no communication from this site. Neither the product is deleivered nore the money is refunded..they don’t have any customer care no and neither they reply to your e-mails..

friends beware khao gal is completly fake site last time i paid for dairy milk choclate and i never got anything or refund wrote mails to the customer but they dont reply no contact nothin this site seems to be fake save money india shud never publish fake sites its hurting your reputation..
