either transaction fails or tickets were not not booked, but money deducted. cashback not credited even for successful transaction also. nowadays FreeCharge changing terms n conditions like they wish. pathetic

i also got the cashback par ticket to bana nahi, and jab refund milega to cashback deduct ho jayega and fir se ticket book karne pe cashback nahi milega.
fc should give cashback coz failed transaction was not my fault i added money to my wallet and paid using the same.
Fc did same thing with me in merchant (dominos) offer.

freecharge chor hai , mene ticket book karne ka try kiya ticket bhi book nahi hui payment bhi ho gaya wallet se, refund kab ayega pata nahi bina matlab wallet me 5000 add ho gaye refund aa bhi gaya to 5000 use karne me kafi time lagega

The option itself is not available on irctc website.

Freecharge should check it with sarkari website whether they are capable enough to add them…
