I am using UBI and PNB rupay card and for me there is no such issues

I am also facing same issue Paytm knew this so that is why it gives offers on rupay cards

I keep getting a message, payment declined by your bank. I spoke to SBI rupay customer care department, and was informed that RUPAY cards are not allowed to online transactions/merchant payments.

Is anyone else facing this issue?
