    I feel being cheated, I got an email statng 5-6% cashback will be available if you use MOKWIK or MOBIKOTSIX, I tried all coupon but nothing works, MObikwik is cheating customers left and right.

    Added 1400rs to my mobi acc and 3 rs were already there and applied code my wallet balance increased to 1490 which acc to 7% should be 1501 (approx.)
    Dont know should i ask them or should stay out of this as something is better than nothing.

    Yeh, its working. i received the cashback in mobiwik account…. recharge your mobile, after recharging apply the coupon in my account, discount box , amount will reflect in mobiwik cash balance.

    Today I have tried twice with the amounts of Rs.200/- and Rs.100/-. 1st Rs.200/- has been deducted from my card and not added the same to Mobikwik Balance and got d message as “Your transaction ID 13454737315589 for INR 200 has been flagged for manual verification.” 2nd time tried with Rs.100/-. This amount has been added to the mobikwik balance and 10% Cashback Promo Code: MOBIAUG10BLAST didn’t work. For that, their reason is “you can not redeem this cupon. Redemption conditions are not met.” What can I do?

    Initially I have added Rs.100/- for testing and its worked fine and I got Rs.10/- cashback. Then I have tried twice for Rs.900/- and Rs.200/-. Rs.1100/- has been deducted from bank account, But flagged for manual validation. When can I expect the remaining amount of Rs.1100/-. Even the same added to my mobikwik balance, will it (promo code: INDEPENDENCE) work for the same amount once i got my remaining balance?

    Worst customer support ever from a online website.I almost lost my amount Rs 450 but somehow i managed to overcome the problem.Better try Paytm or Recharge Freak.
