@Harish: Try one of these options.
1. Completely close the app or restart device -> open app -> apply the promocode.
2. Logout of the app -> login again -> apply the promocode.
One of these options will work. First option worked for me.

1. same code(offer) never use in save device whatever account is different.
2.creat new account with new email and mobile number perfectly which is not linked to another account.
3.And use older version of mobikwik 4.4 or older which does not take otp directly.older version required OTP by putting keypad on mobile.

If there is OTP problem and message shows “this device already used code”, don’t worry. I also got this message. Do what I have done: go to the desktop site, login with same details as your app account, put the OTP you got in the OTP verification in the desktop site. It will show that OTP successfully verified. now put the promocode in your app. You will get the cashback.
Mobikwik is unreliable…. Friends please dont use it…. I with my all otherfriends have stopped using mobikwik since August ..
